The skirt portion of the dress, however, is dazzling! A 7 mesh panel lined with nude fabric starts at the waist, ending with a solid flounce at mid thigh. It does not end there though. Peeking out from under the ruffle is another sheer layer of Airy Mesh to finish the skirt.
